In case of arbitration this shall take place in Lahore and proceedings shall be conducted in English by an arbitrator appointed by ndestore.com
In the case of arbitration, the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in Lahore City, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of 1940.
Notwithstanding the above, ndestore.com reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief for the protection of its intellectual property and confidential information through the competent courts.
7.1 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By using this website, you irrevocably agree that the courts of Lahore, including consumer courts, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Site.

8.1 TERMINATION

We shall revoke your account credentials, passwords, and identification, thereby denying access to the social media networks, in whole or in part. Termination shall not affect any pre-existing rights and obligations, including but not limited to payment obligations, accrued prior to the termination date.
You acknowledge and agree that the Site shall bear no liability towards you or any third party for any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, its terms, policies, or operations, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to discontinue use of the Site.
9.1 VIOLATION

The individual(s) responsible shall be held legally accountable and shall bear all legal costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and damages arising from such misconduct. Compensation for business losses and harm to employee well-being shall be claimed from the offender.
Any conversation, written or verbal, between a customer and our representatives is confidential and constitutes proprietary communication. Unauthorized sharing, disclosure, or publication of such communication without explicit written consent from ndestore.com is a serious violation of the customer-seller agreement and a breach of privacy laws. Any such breach shall result in immediate legal action, and the responsible party shall be liable for all damages and legal consequences.
